At Grant Allen Designer Homes we will undertake building renovations and building restoration projects including work on listed buildings.

On an initial visit Grant and his architect will work with you to develop your ideas into a workable design within your budget. Our experts can advise you on design and materials that will enhance and complement any existing features that are to be retained so that new work is done sympathetically and in keeping with the original build. Once you have decided on the work needed we will take care of any necessary planning application on your behalf and carry out the entire job from initial construction stage through to final decoration and finishing touches
Grant Allen, the owner, is your Project Manager. His aim is to provide a total solution to all your building problems providing a complete service taking away all the stress and hassle by personally overseeing the complete build from start to finish.

Grant understands that all customers want a personal service tailored to their needs and will work with you to create a beautiful home that suits you and your lifestyle.
During the planning stage we will give you a plan for the project and will work to complete everything for your renovation or restoration in a timely manner. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders ensuring we will carry out all works to current building regulations and standards. Our links to local suppliers will help us source the right materials for the job and our attention to detail will ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard.
We will work with your local Authority as needed to arrange inspection visits and ensure that any planning conditions, including any listed building requirements, are correctly met. We have worked with all of the local Authorities in the area and developed excellent working relationships with them. We are also fully insured for your peace of mind.

All our own work is guaranteed for one year. The guarantee can be extended to 5 years for an agreed fee.
